"My favorite subject has always been chilrden and my favorite medium oil, but I also enjoy landscapes, murals, and trompe l'oiel, and working with watercolor. I n my fifties I went back to school to learn printmaking and have my own press which I use mainly for stone lithography. I also continue to do the folk painting taught me by my Pennsylvania German grandfather. Occasionally the old designs creep into my other work."
